BioRacer Time Trial and Triathlon Fit
A trainSharp BioRacer Aero Fit is our most advanced fitting service for time-triallists and triathletes who want free speed from a more aerodynamic position – without destroying their ability to hold power.
Using BioRacer Motion aero analysis alongside our experience from the club 10 scene to national champions and elite triathletes, we look at your position, equipment and clothing as one system.
Who this fit is for
- Time trial riders – from evening 10s to 100-mile specialists
- Triathletes looking for a position that balances aero, comfort and run performance
- Riders who already have a TT/tri bike but feel they’re “leaving speed on the table”
What’s included in a BioRacer TT & Tri Fit
1. Rider interview & assessment
- Goals (distance, target events, time goals)
- Riding history, injury background and current issues
2. Comprehensive position & aero analysis
- Full TT/tri bike fit (saddle height/setback, pad reach and stack, extensions, cleats)
- Multiple aero runs using BioRacer Motion to measure drag as we change your position
- Testing of different helmet, clothing and cockpit options where available
3. Clear results & recommendations
- Estimated drag/wattage savings and likely time gains over your key distances
- Finalised position coordinates and component recommendations
- Full written report after the fit so you can replicate the setup
We’ve seen riders take minutes off their PBs at 10, 25, 50 and 100-mile TTs after an aero fit, simply by reducing drag at the same power.
Booking & practical info
- Fits are typically available Monday–Friday, 10:00 or 14:00
- Please allow around 2 hours (sometimes longer) – we’ll confirm when we book
Please bring:
- Your TT/tri bike
- Race-day wheels (if you have them)
- Your usual race kit and helmet
- Any spare saddles, stems, extensions or helmets you might want us to test
Once payment is made we’ll contact you to arrange a time at our studio in Shortgate Industrial Park, near Lewes, East Sussex.
Custom BioRacer Skinsuit Option
As part of your aero fit we can also arrange a bespoke BioRacer skinsuit, cut to your new aero position and available in team/club colours. After your fit we take your measurements and send them to BioRacer for production.
