Vittoria Corsa Pro Speed TLR G2.0 Tyre

The Vittoria Corsa Pro Speed TLR G2.0 Tyre is the result of three seasons of intensive development and race-focused analysis by Vittoria’s engineering team. Created with the needs of time trialists and triathletes in mind, it is designed to deliver exceptional speed, control and grip at the very highest level of performance.

At the heart of the tyre is an advanced Graphene + Silica compound, formulated specifically to maximise efficiency while ensuring superb traction in both wet and dry conditions. The result is smoother, faster riding and improved handling when every second counts.

Vittoria worked closely with top-tier athletes and professional teams throughout development. Its success has been proven at the sharp end of competition, most notably in Jonas Vingegaard’s dominant Stage 16 Time Trial victory at the 2023 Tour de France, Wout van Aert’s Belgian National Time Trial win, and Jos van Emden’s triumph in the Dutch National Time Trial – all achieved on the Corsa Pro Speed.

A fully integrated tread and sidewall construction enhances the responsiveness of this ultra-fast tyre. By combining the Graphene + Silica compound with an extremely supple 320 TPI Corespun cotton casing and a refined tread pattern – all cured electrically to minimise rolling resistance – Vittoria has produced its most efficient time trial tyre to date. Internal testing shows a 5% improvement in rolling performance along with a 2% reduction in weight. The revised pattern features a wider slick centre section with tighter circumferential grooves, increasing suppleness and cornering confidence.

The tailored Graphene + Silica blend maintains impressive grip across varied surfaces, ensuring superior control even in wet conditions, a benefit demonstrated consistently throughout the 2023 racing season. With a thinner tread profile than the Corsa Pro, and similar central thickness to the previous-generation Corsa Speed, the tyre offers uncompromising suppleness and speed while maintaining outstanding grip.

The Corsa Pro Speed is TSS (hookless) compatible from the 28mm size upwards. The new 700 × 29 option has been carefully optimised to deliver an accurate cross-sectional width on 25mm internal hooked or hookless rims, maximising aerodynamic efficiency on modern wide wheels.
