A comprehensive safety check and precision tune-up for bikes that are running well but need professional dialling in to maintain peak performance.
- Drivetrain Maintenance: Chain and cassette degreased and lubricated for smooth operation.
- Safety Inspection: Inspection of the frame and fork for structural damage or fatigue.
- Mechanical Braking System: Pads inspected for wear; rim brakes adjusted for optimal bite and clearance.
- Mechanical Gears: Checked for operation and adjusted as required.
- Hydraulic Braking System: Pads and rotors inspected for wear, brakes checked for safe operation.
- Electronic Gears: Checked for operation and adjusted as required.
- Bearing Health Check: Hubs, bottom bracket, and headset checked for play, wear, and adjusted where necessary.
- Wheel Integrity: Wheels checked for lateral true and adjusted to ensure they run straight.
- Seat and Cockpit: Stem, handlebars, saddle, and seat-post adjusted for perfect alignment and safety-checked for correct torque.
- Hardware Check: All secondary nuts and bolts checked for tightness to manufacturer specifications.
