BioRacer TT and triathlon fit
In a time trial or triathlon, your body creates most of the aerodynamic drag, so your position is the biggest speed gain available. But an aero position is only fast if you can hold it, pedal powerfully in it and, for triathletes, run well afterwards.
Our BioRacer TT and triathlon fit uses BioRacer Motion aero runs to measure the effect of each change, so we find a position that is genuinely faster for you, not just lower.

A time trial or triathlon fit sets up your bike for one goal: covering a distance as fast as possible on your own. That means a low, narrow, aerodynamic position, but one that still lets you produce power, breathe freely and stay comfortable for 10, 25 or 100 miles.
The challenge is that the most aerodynamic position on paper is rarely the fastest in a race. If you can't hold it, you'll sit up, lose power or end up in pain. For triathletes, the bike leg also has to leave your legs and back ready to run.
We combine a full position fit with BioRacer Motion aero runs, which estimate the drag of each position. That lets us compare options with data rather than guesswork, and choose the best balance of speed, power and comfort for your events.
We talk through your events, distances, current position and any discomfort, plus any UCI or triathlon rules you race under.
We set saddle, cleats, pad stack, reach and width so you can produce power in a stable, sustainable aero tuck.
BioRacer Motion aero runs estimate drag for each position, so we can compare changes with data.
We test helmets, skinsuits and cockpit options to see what saves the most time for you.
We estimate the time each change saves over your race distances, so you know what's worth doing.
You leave with a full written report, your measurements and a clear plan for any changes.
Small changes to head position, arm width and pad height can save more time than an expensive set of wheels. But they only work if they suit your body. That's why we always start with comfort and power, then use the aero runs to choose between positions you can actually sustain.
Many riders also race on a road bike with clip-on bars. If that's you, we can set up that position too. And if your next step is buying a TT or tri bike, our frame and size fit helps you pick a frame that will reach your ideal position.
Your TT or tri bike, shoes, skinsuit or race kit, helmets you'd like to compare, and your race calendar. If you have power meter data, bring that too.
Pay online to secure your session. We'll be in touch to agree a date before your next event.

Yes. Many riders race on a road bike with clip-ons, and we'll find the best aero position that bike allows.
Tell us which rules you race under, such as UCI, British Cycling, Cycling Time Trials or triathlon rules, and we'll keep your setup within them.
