Everything in Bronze, plus a deeper mechanical refinement. This is designed for bikes that have seen some hard miles and need a thorough clean and a more technical setup to keep them running smoothly.
- Drivetrain Clean: Chain and cassette removed and put through the parts washer for a deep degrease and re-lubricated.
- Precision Indexing: Full realignment of the derailleur hanger and indexing of mechanical or electronic gears.
- Brake Service: Brakes checked for pad wear and system bled (if hydraulic) to ensure a firm, reliable lever feel.
- Bearing Service: Hubs, headset, and bottom bracket checked for play and adjusted externally where possible.
- Wheel Health: Spokes checked for uniform tension, wheels trued, and braking surfaces cleaned and inspected.
- Component Inspection: Headset removed and inspected for wear; bottom bracket checked for bearing life.
- Grease Refresh: Major components checked for seizing; seat-post and stem bolts removed, cleaned, and rebuilt with fresh grease or carbon paste.
- Control Check: Cockpit and seating checked for alignment and bolts torqued to manufacturer specifications.
