A lot of bike problems have more than one possible cause. A skipping chain might be a worn chain, a worn cassette, a bent hanger or a sticky cable. We find the real cause, so you don't pay for parts you didn't need.
Before we start, we'll explain what we've found and agree the price with you. If we find anything else while we're working, we'll contact you first. We'll never add work without asking.

How much does a bike repair cost?
It depends on the job and any parts needed. Send us a description and photo, and we'll give you an idea of the cost. We always agree the price before starting.
Can you repair e-bikes?
Yes. We repair e-bike brakes, gears, wheels and tyres, and we can run diagnostics and software updates on most motor systems. See e-bike servicing.
Do you fix punctures and fit tubeless tyres?
Yes. We fix punctures, fit new tyres and set up tubeless tyres on road, gravel and mountain bikes.
Can you check my bike after a crash?
Yes. We'll inspect the frame, fork, wheels and components, and if you're claiming on insurance we can write a damage report.
