There is a one-time sign-up fee of £120 to cover the coaching set-up process of consultation and the creation of your Today’s Plan profile and macro-cycle training plan oriented to your goals. This fee registers you with trainSharp for life and gives you access to exclusive offers and discounts. 

There is no minimum sign-up period. You can use our coaching services for as long or as short a time as you like. You are free to come and go without cancellation fees or other hidden charges.
